All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods must be returned to us fully packaged in the condition you received it. Any goods received with packaging missing or damaged will incur a £5 charge.
Goods must be returned with the original sales receipt if no sales receipt is received then we will only exchange the item for another item from our shop.

Refunds fall into one of 2 types
1) Our mistake (eg we sent out the wrong item or the item is damaged) - we will refund you the full amount paid including postage and we will also reimburse you any costs incurred in posting the item back to us.
2) Your mistake (eg. you ordered the wrong size, you changed your mind) - We will refund the amount you paid less post and packaging.
Underwear and Earrings will not be considered for refunds for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

2) Your mistake (eg. you ordered the wrong size, you changed your mind) - You must include payment for the item to be posted out again, We will send out the exchange item on receipt of the parcel and additional postage payment.
Underwear and Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

cancellations
Please email us if you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch of the goods. If your purchase has been made through ebay, we will follow the UPI process to cancel the sale through mutual agreement. If your item has already been despatched and you wish to cancel the order then you will need to follow the refund procedure above.
